I finally just saw this 1 week ago (January 2000).  I don’t know how I missed it all these years.  It was very stylish and had a decent story (although finding the replicants was a little too easy).  It was only average until the very end though.  The replicant turns out to be more humane than the humans.  It made the movie more than just another sci-fi thriller.
