What a fantastical delight. A guy who has lost his father to a land mine and has a bullet stuck in his head, falls in with a crowd of misfits and decides to get revenge against the manufacturers of the weapons that caused him so much misery. This is done by the same guy who did Amelie, and done with the same whimsical charm.
