Mount Rainier is about 80 miles SE of Seattle, in the southern Washington Cascades. The mountain is enclosed in Mount Rainer National Park.
Spray Park
February 24, 2010Spray Park is located on the northwest side of Mt. Rainier. The parking area is in the forest, and it takes a little effort to get a nice view. As a result, it's a lot less crowded than other accessible parts of the mountain.
